Cancellation & Refund Policy
At HunarX, we’re committed to providing valuable learning experiences through live workshops and skill-based classes. Since our sessions are short-term and digital in nature, we have a clear and simple cancellation and refund policy:
1. Workshop/Session Cancellations (By You)
- If you cancel your registration more than 24 hours before the live
session, you can request to shift your booking to another batch (if
available).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or after the session
has started are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once payment is made, as spots are limited
and resources are pre-arranged.
- However, if the class is cancelled from our side due to any
unforeseen reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to
reschedule.
3. Missed Classes
- If you miss a live session, you will still receive access to the
class recording and materials (if applicable).
- We recommend joining on time to get the full interactive
experience.
4. Technical Issues
- If you face a technical issue on our end (like link not working,
session not starting), please contact us immediately.
- If confirmed, we’ll provide alternate access or offer to
reschedule.
